The objective of this criminology and criminal justice program is to educate students in the knowledge of criminals, victims, the justice system, and crime. Students will learn critical thinking, advanced problem solving skills, and effective communication skills as they pertain to criminal justice. This program also teaches why crime happens, how to prevent it, and how to control a certain level of activity in crime.

Those that complete this course of study can pursue careers in law, criminal justice, government, crime fighting, and other crime prevention positions.
