The main objective of this civil engineering program is to master the art of structural, environmental, or water engineering. Students will learn the proper operation of a consulting office, cover the basics of an MBA, and create six different projects that will be placed in a portfolio. The MCE program at Norwich adheres to standards set forth by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Courses include Calculus, Linear Algebra, Matrix Analysis, Planning and Managing of Projects, Groundwater Physics, and Chemistry. Graduates of this program are prepared to pursue careers as civil engineers, environmental engineers, structural engineers, or project managers.
