Physical and health education studies prepares both undergraduate and graduate students for various forms of teaching. In many cases, those with this degree will go on to be physical education teachers, health teachers, and sporting coaches.
The basic physical and health education degree will prepare the future teacher for the kindergarten through twelfth grade classroom. When a graduate level degree is earned, teaching and coaching at the college and university level is possible.
