The objective of this human resource management program of study is to prepare students to become employable in the field of human resource management, in the areas of personnel recruiting, hiring, continuing evaluation, as well as monetary compensation.
General core curriculum requirements must be met. In addition to program specific course requirements such as, Human Resource management, Internship or cooperative education I, which has a prerequisite of English 102, and a cumulative GPA of 2.0 must be met.

There are many programs offered by Baker College Online for both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Studying online gives students the freedom to incorporate education into their busy lives. Many people are looking for new careers or want to advance in their current one. Earning an online degree from Baker College Online will give students enough structure to maintain a steady pace, but freedom to spend time with family or at their current jobs.
Baker College Online's courses start each quarter. Assignments are also completed within a certain time frame. Students should be able to find the time to devote to their studies. The courses are as difficult as courses that would be taken in a traditional college environment. Students will also be expected to participate in regular online discussions with students and faculty. Students must participate at least twice a week in order to complete a course. Students will always be kept informed and should have their assignments completed by the due date. Courses will usually last a full three-month term; some classes may be shorter or longer depending on which degree program a student is enrolled in.
Virtual classrooms and Blackboard are used as communication tools that faculty and students will use to turn in assignments or present study materials. Students can attend classes whenever they like and respond to the messages that are left by other classmates. They can read the lesson and complete assignments at any time before the due date.
