The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program offers an Associates of Occupational Science Degree, training students in proficiency of house operations (front and back), catering and banquet settings, running stations in a modern culinary facility, and producing recipes from around the world, preparing individuals to become caterers, private chefs, restaurant owners, and more. The Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management program can result in an Associate or Bachelor of Occupational Science degree and prepares students to become restaurant managers or owners, food and beverage directors, bartenders, catering managers, and more. Students can also aspire to a Bachelor Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management.
