Aims Academy is a specialized school offering certifications in bartending and culinary arts, as well as TABC (Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission) certification classes. Here, you'll find a fun, invigorating learning environment geared toward providing the knowledge you need regarding making everything in your food or alcohol business and handling legal, as well as how to make your business sell. Aims Academy has an incredible 99.6% passing rate and doesn't just train students but also helps place them in rewarding job opportunities.
TABC certification classes allow owners to have employees trained in responsibly serving alcohol, shield you and your establishment from fines and criminal activity due to mistakes, help decrease in-house training costs, and cut costs on liquor liability insurance.
If you are interested in a hands-on approach to learning the art of bartending, Aims Academy is the place to go. It is the only nationally accredited bartending program in Texas and consists of a 14-day session where students learn everything from recipes to quick and accurate service, as well as good customer service skills. The convenient class schedule allows you to sign up for courses in the morning, afternoon, or evening, with sessions held over a three and one-half week period.
Aims Academy School of Culinary Arts offers a nine-month program that also takes a hands-on approach to learning both classical and innovative culinary techniques. Blending classic French and American cuisine, students learn about food service management, production, baking, and basic cooking techniques. Internships at area hotels and restaurants give practical experience to aspiring students.
With so many options and such rich, diverse learning opportunities, the Aims Academy strives to offer more than just a cooking or bartending school. The campus and instructors attempt to enrich the lives of students, giving them the confidence and attitude they need to succeed in the food and beverage industries.
