    As a music teacher I am voicing many situations we face in the classroom. We don’t get a room sometimes. We are push cart teachers. We don’t get equipment unless there is something left over and no other teacher needs it.Not included in the meetings. Nothing they say affects us. We are just sitting there. There is so much more to say. After teaching 26 years I have experienced so many strategies I can use to teach math , history and other academic courses. However, itis hard to get my principal or su[pervisor to listen. Espceially since neither are musically inclined.
