Thank you so very much for this quick guide. 
I just started working on a paper about the use of visual communication on public library websites, especially on their help pages. I was still collection information sources... and then I got a link to your guide in my Google Reader! It&#039;s like magic, good magic. Thanks again for your work and for sharing.
