A fairly comprehensive and reliable review of more than 20 web conferencing solutions (unfortunately not covering DimDim at this point in time) can be found at www.webconferencing-test.com DimDim will be covered with the next release, scheduled for late November 08.

I'm looking for a good web-based online customer service/reference application with these features:
- multiple librarians online to answer chat calls
- audio notification of call
- canned messages and bookmarks
- no download required for chat caller
- logging of chat sessions
- transcripts of chat sessions

For years we used a system called Rakim, developed by Rob Casson of Miami (Ohio) University. Unfortunately, it doesn't handle pop-ups properly, and has not been upgraded for years. Can anyone recommend a service that has similar functions? Thanks!
